Understanding the problem

The loan enquiry platform was to deliver an optimised and feature- rich internet banking experience for borrowers and mortgage originators alike. RESIMAC were looking for a long-term digital partner to support them with UX, visual design and responsive website development expertise, driving a seamless online experience for customers whilst delivering scalable efficiencies for the organisation.

UX / Wireframes

During the research phase of the project onsite usability testing sessions were conducted. Participants were asked to explore and navigate the wireframes. In the session, the participant’s interactions were observed & documented by the facilitator. The session also captured the user’s task completion rates, comments, overall satisfaction ratings, questions and feedback. 

The solution

The loan enquiry platform ensured the delivery of a scalable and customer-centric creative design for RESIMAC, incorporating a clean, responsive aesthetic to facilitate a seamless and engaging browsing experience across desktop, mobile and tablet devices.

A future-proofed “white-labelled” creative solution which can scale optimally for future branding & functional needs was also delivered, with a comprehensive HTML UI stylesheet.
